The Private Client Advisor supports Mass Affluent clients by providing investment solutions, executing sales strategies, and fostering relationships with banking partners to enhance client financial wellness.

Lead the Enterprise Data Quality Coverage strategy by implementing and managing data quality rules. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance data quality processes and ensure trusted data use across functions.

Provide frontline branch support and transaction processing (≈70%), while proactively engaging clients (≈30%) to identify financial wellness needs, recommend products, deepen relationships, handle cash and compliance, educate clients on digital platforms, and support branch performance. Requires occasional outreach, Saturday work, and local travel between locations.

Supports commercial banking relationship teams by preparing pitch materials, managing lending processes for credit commitments under $10 million, coordinating due diligence, reviewing financial and loan documentation, and maintaining accurate credit and portfolio records. Performs credit and ROE analysis, supports underwriting and approvals, monitors portfolio risks, coordinates renewals and amendments, works with reviewers and examiners, and helps train new analysts.

Provides client service and processes financial transactions while identifying client needs and recommending personalized financial wellness solutions. The role handles cash, resolves servicing issues, supports sales and referral goals, educates clients on banking products and digital platforms, maintains compliance and security procedures, and collaborates with branch teammates. Occasional Saturday work and driving between locations may be required.

Provide executive-level recommendations, facilitate strategic planning, and guide product teams in translating strategy into execution.

Serves as the primary advisor for commercial banking clients, driving business development, deposit and cash management growth, cross-selling, credit structuring, underwriting, portfolio management, and asset quality. Builds prospect and referral networks, develops customized financial solutions, manages strategic client issues, collaborates with bankers and product specialists, and ensures profitable, high-quality relationships. Requires commercial banking expertise, financial analysis, credit judgment, and occasional travel.

Serve as primary commercial banking relationship manager and financial advisor, acquiring and growing client relationships by recommending bank products, leading credit underwriting and portfolio management, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving revenue while managing credit, operational, and compliance risk.

Provide operational support to Wealth Market Leaders and advisor teams: onboarding/offboarding, reporting, system administration (Salesforce, NetX, Workday), event and meeting coordination, HR/Workday tasks, book-of-business maintenance, and day-to-day office support to enable mass affluent market sales activities.
