Provides regulatory compliance advisory, filings, regulator relations, governance, policies, controls, marketing compliance, conflicts oversight, training, ethics, AML/CFT, and sanctions support for Invesco’s Japan asset management business. Partners with APAC compliance and functional teams, reports to senior management and governance committees, manages regulatory inquiries, and supports risk management and ad hoc compliance projects.

Build and grow trusted relationships with intermediary financial advisor clients across the Greater Miami territory. Develop territory sales plans, identify advisor opportunities, deliver investment product and portfolio construction presentations, conduct client meetings and events, and increase Invesco holdings and wallet share. The role uses consultative selling, client segmentation, data-driven planning, and investment expertise across mutual funds, ETFs, SMAs, and capital markets.

Monitor portfolio compliance with risk policies and limits; analyze market, liquidity, concentration, and stressed risks; prepare committee reports and presentations; develop scalable risk analytics and mitigation approaches; collaborate with investment teams on portfolio management and new products; and apply knowledge of fixed income, derivatives, international markets, risk models, and regulatory requirements.

Conduct manager due diligence and investment research focused on private and listed credit strategies. Underwrite external managers, assess risk, performance, attribution, portfolio construction, and emerging risks. Lead GP meetings, maintain manager relationships, develop investment recommendations and committee materials, and present investment views to clients and stakeholders. Support asset allocation, manager selection, portfolio monitoring, and risk assessment across public and private markets.

Gather and document business requirements for proxy-related technology initiatives. Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and process documentation. Partner with business and technology teams in Agile delivery, supporting backlog refinement, testing, implementation, and stakeholder coordination. Help ensure clear communication and consistent, high-quality technology outcomes for proxy voting and governance processes.

Provides administrative and operational support for market data services, including inventory management, invoice validation, financial reporting, vendor administration, contract tracking, audits, and service request processing. Coordinates with Legal, Compliance, Procurement, Technology, vendors, and internal business partners to resolve discrepancies, maintain accurate records, support onboarding and access requests, and ensure compliance with market data policies and contractual terms.

Develops and executes territory sales plans for Invesco investment strategies, builds relationships with financial advisors, expands existing accounts, and identifies new opportunities. Delivers investment product presentations, consults on portfolio construction and manager selection, segments clients using data, and partners with internal sales leaders and specialists. The role requires travel throughout the territory for client meetings and events, along with strong knowledge of asset management products, capital markets, and economic factors.

Supports North American Talent Acquisition operations by coordinating interviews, administering scheduling and recruiting platforms, managing invoices and vendors, documenting processes, and improving workflows through automation and AI-enabled tools. The role also provides reporting, training materials, technology optimization, and operational support while delivering a strong experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.

Design, deploy, secure, and manage scalable AWS cloud infrastructure and cloud-native platforms. Develop Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code, reusable cloud patterns, automation, monitoring, security controls, and compliance guardrails. Collaborate with stakeholders, manage the product backlog, optimize performance and costs, troubleshoot systems, document platforms, and mentor technology teams. Support hybrid and multi-cloud initiatives, legacy modernization, and CI/CD automation using Python, PowerShell, Bash, and related tools.

Reviews and validates client and fund reporting deliverables for accuracy, completeness, calculations, disclosures, formatting, and deadlines. Investigates issues, manages exceptions, supports root cause analysis, testing, documentation, control improvements, automation, and process standardization. Coordinates with global cross-functional teams and contributes to training, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across asset management reporting operations.
