The Senior Analyst supports Oracle Cloud ERP enhancements and Finance applications, conducts impact analysis, and fosters relationships with teams while providing operational support.

The Head of Accounting & Treasury will oversee financial strategy, manage operations, guide on complex transactions, and ensure accounting standards for private credit funds.

Own a portfolio of Copilot Studio AI agents from ideation to production, define vision and success metrics, translate asset management workflows into requirements, ensure secure compliant data integrations, design prompts and RAG strategies, partner with engineers and stakeholders, and monitor agent performance and adoption.

Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports. Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into UX wireframes, implement row-level security, configure gateways and M scripts, write complex DAX, use R for data manipulation, and apply Power BI AI/GenAI features to surface actionable KPIs.

Develop, test, and support SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions. Follow SDLC, perform unit and QA testing, review peers' work, assist UAT, provide third-tier support, and administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID).

Perform daily cash and position reconciliations between internal and external data, investigate and resolve breaks, oversee service provider reconciliation activities, monitor SLAs/KPIs, manage ticketing/workflow, coordinate ad hoc analyses and special reconciliations, liaise with stakeholders, monitor portfolio cash levels, and maintain reconciliation documentation.

Lead preparation and filing of global regulatory and substantial shareholder reports. Support compliance for SEC, CFTC/NFA, FINRA and Form PF, document controls, respond to regulatory inquiries, monitor trading-related controls, collaborate with global compliance teams, and maintain compliance procedures and testing.

Provide day-to-day application and production support: monitor system health and ETL, troubleshoot application/database/data incidents, support SQL Server/Oracle/Snowflake, maintain runbooks, participate in releases and on-call rotations, and drive root-cause analysis and process improvements.

Lead North American front office controls assurance efforts, deliver and develop RCSAs, engage investment teams, document controls, identify gaps and partner with Legal, Audit, Risk, Compliance, Operations and Technology to strengthen control environment.
