Coordinate field-to-office data flow for telecom construction projects: maintain milestone forecasts, manage permits and POs, collect and process daily production reports, create redlines and closeout deliverables, produce production metrics and reports, attend meetings, and flag project risks for mitigation.

Manage subcontractor sourcing lifecycle: pre-qualify vendors, develop and issue RFPs, review and level bids, perform risk and qualification assessments, prepare award packages, and support post-award onboarding and contract handoffs to operations.

Lead substation design tasks including wiring diagrams, bills of materials, and as-built drawings; perform relay, grounding, load-flow and short-circuit calculations; apply P&C and physical station design at 138kV+; follow NEC/NESC/NEMA/IEEE/ANSI standards; coordinate with project teams, attend job sites for training, and support project schedules and documentation.
