Coordinates GN&C interfaces across multidisciplinary engineering teams and mentors supporting engineers.

Provides comprehensive executive and office management support to the CEO’s office and C-suite leaders. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, domestic and international travel, expenses, executive meetings, customer visits, office operations, supplies, events, records, and administrative transactions. The role requires discretion, strong organization, proactive problem-solving, and coordination with internal teams, vendors, executives, and external stakeholders to maintain an efficient and professional workplace.

Design, operate, and improve propulsion test stands, facility infrastructure, and ground support equipment. Plan and execute spacecraft, engine, propulsion, qualification, acceptance, and integrated system tests. Develop procedures, hazard analyses, instrumentation requirements, and readiness documentation. Analyze test data, troubleshoot anomalies, implement corrective actions, and support hot-fire, vibration, thermal-vacuum, and environmental testing. Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, safety, facilities, and operations teams, with opportunities to lead test campaigns and mentor engineers.

Serves as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders, guiding workforce planning, organizational design, talent and performance management, leadership coaching, people analytics, change initiatives, employee relations, and compliance. Translates business priorities into workforce strategies, identifies organizational risks, supports talent processes, and partners across HR to improve organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

Designs and implements integrations across APIs, SaaS, and enterprise systems; automates workflows; translates business and engineering requirements into scalable solutions; leads technical vendor onboarding; maintains integration pipelines; ensures data integrity, security, and reliability; documents architecture and best practices; and standardizes integration approaches across systems.

Design, implement, maintain, and test flight software for lunar spacecraft and data network systems. The role involves hardware/software integration, I/O performance analysis, serial and packetized communications, unit and integration testing, and collaboration with hardware engineering teams. Engineers will support high-quality software development in a fast-paced spaceflight environment, with preferred experience in CFS, device drivers, SpaceWire, testing frameworks, operating systems, Docker, Agile/Scrum, and Gitflow.
