Leads external marketing, corporate brand strategy, public relations, media relations, digital presence, executive thought leadership, and industry engagement. Oversees brand integration following acquisitions, marketing campaigns, website and SEO strategy, media outreach, crisis communications support, agencies, budgets, and marketing and PR teams. Partners with executives to strengthen market positioning, corporate reputation, visibility, and business growth.

Develops, edits, and publishes internal and external communications across digital and print channels. Support the JPSS-4 spacecraft communications subsystem as a subject matter expert for mission operations. The role requires extended shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, during testing and the 90-day launch and early orbit period.

Designs and implements talent and leadership development strategies, including leadership programs, career development, talent reviews, succession planning, capability frameworks, and employee development initiatives. Partners with business leaders and HR teams, facilitates workshops and talent discussions, manages development programs, evaluates vendors and learning resources, and uses talent data to measure effectiveness and guide improvements.

Monitors, configures, and supports a lunar and cislunar data network using relay satellites and Earth ground stations. Executes live configuration changes, responds to network events and customer emergencies, communicates service impacts, identifies recurring issues, and supports reliability improvements. Participates in simulations and operational rehearsals, with additional development work when not supporting live operations. The role requires shift and off-hours support and in-office presence in Houston.

Designs and develops mission analysis tools for lunar and cislunar missions. Performs trajectory modeling, six-degree-of-freedom design reference missions, trade studies, Monte Carlo analyses, and nominal/off-nominal scenario assessments. Collaborates with GNC, propulsion, simulation, and systems engineering teams, supports mission operations, documents analyses, and maintains an internal mission information website.

Executes acceptance and qualification testing for spacecraft propulsion tanks, including proof pressure, leak, structural, and functional tests. Develops procedures, configurations, instrumentation, and data acquisition requirements; analyzes results and prepares certification documentation. Supports anomaly resolution, nonconformance disposition, test readiness reviews, configuration control, and cross-functional coordination with structures, stress, manufacturing, and propulsion teams. Senior responsibilities may include technical ownership, test strategy, anomaly investigations, and verification leadership.

Leads guidance, navigation, and control architecture, requirements, algorithms, analysis, integration, verification, and flight operations for the IM-4 lunar mission. Owns subsystem performance and verification closure, coordinates interfaces across avionics, propulsion, structures, software, and systems engineering, and supports sensor and actuator selection, simulation, HIL/SIL testing, mission planning, fault management, and readiness reviews. Provides technical leadership and mentorship to GN&C engineers.

Design, implement, maintain, and test embedded flight software for spacecraft systems. Integrate software with hardware, assess I/O performance, develop unit and integration tests, and coordinate high-level feature testing. The role also involves communications protocols, software quality, and collaboration in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Develop and operate ground software for a lunar data network. Responsibilities include building software tools, interfaces, console frameworks, scripts, and unit tests; responding to real-time events and anomalies; troubleshooting networking, RF, and backend issues; participating in simulations, agile sprints, integration testing, and quality assurance; and supporting 8-hour shifts, overnight work, and on-call operations.
