Support field sales by delivering drill bits and inventory, performing inventory counts and documentation, coordinating with internal stakeholders, maintaining vehicle safety and compliance, interacting with customers, and performing physical tasks in a 24-hour on-call, travel-heavy environment.

Manage end-to-end purchase order lifecycle, ensure on-time material delivery, monitor supplier performance, lead RFQs and negotiations, maintain procurement data in SAP/Coupa, support cost management, resolve purchasing issues, and drive continuous improvement to support manufacturing operations.

Own moderately complex features, collaborate with hardware and controls engineers, troubleshoot timing/concurrency/hardware issues, use AI-assisted tools responsibly, contribute to architecture and Agile processes, write automated tests, support field deployments, and participate in code reviews and release activities.

Provide regional HR support including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, reporting and reconciliation (Excel/Oracle HCM), status changes, onboarding/I‑9, hiring forecasts, exit interviews, investigations support, and HR administrative duties. Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, Shared Services and Operations; travel to remote rig sites and use required PPE.

Serve as primary HR contact for regional employees and operations leadership. Manage employee relations, investigations, performance management, compliance, workforce planning, reporting/metrics, training coordination, and support high-volume hiring and onboarding. Travel to offices and remote drilling rig sites as required.

Lead end-to-end UX for web and mobile: discovery, flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and usability testing. Partner closely with PMs and engineers, establish a cross-platform design system, drive research-informed decisions, and define design processes and culture as the first dedicated designer on the team.

Provide HSE support for drilling operations including audits, incident investigation, risk assessments, training, reporting, and promoting a proactive safety culture. Participate in job planning, PTW/JSA reviews, and monthly HSE reporting.

The Quality Engineer collaborates with engineers on quality assurance, conducts audits, prepares reports, analyzes data, and implements improvements for operational efficiency.

Manage day-to-day shipping and receiving operations, supervise logistics staff, coordinate international shipping compliance and carrier contracts, prioritize urgent shipments with manufacturing, oversee timecards and safety, and support cross-functional communication and continuous operational improvements.
