Serves as the primary IT liaison for an engineering, procurement, and construction organization. Provides second-level desktop support, basic network troubleshooting, supervised smart-hands assistance, asset management, onboarding and deployment support, and incident resolution. Coordinates escalations with centralized IT teams, supports office and project-site technology activities, documents procedures, and ensures compliance with cybersecurity, safety, service-level, and change-management requirements.

Ensure piping integrity and code compliance (ASME, ASCE, API), develop stress deliverables, coordinate across disciplines, support FEED-to-construction phases, mentor junior engineers, and resolve field and vendor issues. Work is onsite in the client office full time.

Lead electrical engineering design for medium-to-large projects: prepare specifications, calculations, vendor drawing reviews, site/vendor visits, cost and man-hour estimates, manage schedules/budgets, mentor staff, and serve as Engineer in Responsible Charge (PE).

Senior instrumentation designer responsible for preparing detailed instrument design packages, drawings, BOMs and specifications; performing sizing and electrical load calculations; developing control circuits; producing as-built drawings and O&M documentation; supporting field surveys; using 2D/3D CAD tools; ensuring code/spec compliance, cost optimization, and project schedule/budget adherence while coordinating with clients, vendors, and project teams.

Manage permitting for right-of-way and environmental projects: prepare and submit permit applications, coordinate with agencies and stakeholders, track approvals, conduct environmental assessments (NEPA, Section 404, DEQ), ensure regulatory compliance, support public participation, and provide technical guidance and status reporting.

Perform basic mechanical engineering tasks including gathering vendor data, preparing specifications and sketches, performing basic calculations, reviewing vendor drawings for compliance, coordinating with clients and vendors, tracking schedule and budget, and following company HSSE and quality procedures.

Senior Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) Designer responsible for producing detailed 2D/3D CAD drawings, performing electrical load and cable/conduit sizing, developing control circuits, creating BOMs and ECO documentation, producing as-built drawings, supporting field surveys, and coordinating with clients, vendors, and subcontractors in manufacturing/refining and oil & gas projects.
