Lead the Audit Division overseeing internal audit, special investigations, fraud and computer security reviews. Develop audit schedules, direct investigations, coordinate external audits, prepare findings and advise management and the Board Audit Committee on controls and corrective actions.

Lead sourcing, diligence, negotiation, execution, and portfolio management of venture investments in energy, digital/industrial, and sustainability technologies. Build networks, develop investment theses, represent board interests, drive strategic value with Aramco, and manage exits and reporting.

Lead medium-sized internal audits or assist on large complex engagements reviewing internal controls, compliance, asset safeguarding, and financial data reliability. Plan and direct audit teams, prepare audit programs and reports, perform IT control testing (ITGC/ICFR), conduct closing meetings, and recommend control improvements. Coordinate with management and external auditors as needed.
