Manages day-to-day oversight of outsourced servicing partners, including First Source agents, collection agencies, and debt buyers. Responsibilities include agent coaching and QA, FDCPA and Regulation F compliance checks, debt-sale file preparation and reconciliation, agency account management, complaint monitoring, invoice validation, settlements, remittances, and recovery tracking. The role executes established procedures and supports, but does not own, broader collections strategy.

Own credit portfolio performance analysis, credit policy, underwriting strategy, risk frameworks, and portfolio growth initiatives across lending products. Partner with Data Science, Product, Engineering, Operations, leadership, and external lending partners to develop predictive models, automated decisioning, analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting. Present strategic recommendations on portfolio risk, borrower behavior, credit expansion, and company-wide risk strategy.
