Collaborates with marketing, sketches concepts, maintains brand standards, and uses AI tools to support ideation, content creation, research, and workflow efficiency while applying human review and design judgment.

Provides administrative and executive support by coordinating daily office functions, communications, meetings, records, documents, events, and project deadlines. Maintains confidentiality, monitors progress, identifies scheduling risks, and escalates issues. The role requires strong organization, communication, proofreading, Microsoft Office proficiency, multitasking, discretion, and interpersonal skills. Preferred qualifications include supporting multiple departments, project coordination, and experience with project management software.

Conduct warm-lead follow-up and outbound phone outreach using a consultative sales approach. Build and manage a book of business, develop client relationships, handle objections, close sales, maintain CRM records, and meet sales and activity goals. This full-time, on-site role offers an $18 hourly base, commissions, bonuses, benefits, and weekday hours.
