We are seeking a reliable and proactive Administrative Coordinator wo will serve as a key organizational resource, providing administrative support, coordinating internal communications, and assisting leaders with administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, proactive, and capable of balancing multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily administrative functions to support business operations.
  • Maintain records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Assist with meeting scheduling, logistics, and preparation of materials as needed.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents.
  • Serve as the organization's Internal Communications Coordinator.
  • Coordinate communication regarding special projects and upcoming events
  • Provide administrative support to executive leadership as assigned.
  • Monitor project progress against established deadlines
  • Identify potential scheduling conflicts or delays
  • Escalate issues and risks to meeting deadlines in a timely fashion
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information

  • Basic Qualifications

    Required

  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred. (Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Professional demeanor and customer-service orientation.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Strong proofreading, editing, and document preparation skills.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and move office supplies up to 25 pounds.
  • Positive and approachable attitude.
  • Highly dependable and detail oriented.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and anticipates organizational needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
