Serve as a strategic partner to social good customers to drive adoption of Blackbaud/YourCause cloud solutions. Lead pricing and packaging strategy for AI-enabled SaaS products. Design, model, and test license, usage, outcome, and hybrid pricing constructs; run pilots and A/B tests; define telemetry and entitlement controls; partner with Product, Finance, Legal, and Deal Desk to operationalize pricing and ensure price realization and margin health.

Serve as a trusted FP&A partner for GTM leaders supporting budgeting, forecasting, driver-based modeling, performance analysis, month-end close, scenario modeling, executive reporting, and process automation to inform investment and growth decisions.

The Process Documentation Specialist oversees documentation strategy, ensures consistency in practices, trains employees, and maintains documentation accuracy for Support processes.
