The Solutions Architect assists sales in creating formal technical design assistance in GDT's solutions and service offerings to existing and prospective clients. They are responsible for designing, architecting, and solutioning for GDT clients.

The Senior Solutions Architect assists account managers through technical presentations and design assistance of solutions to clients. They are responsible for all technical aspects of a sales campaign and collaborate with sales and services teams. Key responsibilities include strategy definition, team leadership, presenting technical briefings, qualifying sales opportunities, and providing coaching and mentoring. Education requirement includes Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in related fields. Strong IT and technology expertise is required.

The Sales Support Specialist at GDT works closely with Account Executives to build and maintain successful client relationships, contribute to business growth, and provide post-sales support. Responsibilities include quote configurations, communication with partners, logistics coordination, and documentation management. Strong customer service orientation, organizational skills, and experience with Cisco CCW tool are preferred. Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
