Own and optimize lead generation platforms, integrations, and data flows; analyze and improve campaign performance and ROI; build reporting and run tests; collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, and Compliance to ensure quality, routing, and scalable processes.

Own forecast reviews, executive reporting, sales compensation tracking, and data-driven insights. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Growth Ops, and Market Leaders to improve conversion, planning accuracy, and revenue outcomes, while supporting systems, data quality, analytics automation, and performance frameworks.

Manage and grow strategic partnerships with physician groups, health systems, and other providers. Drive referral growth, program adoption, and retention through consultative selling, provider education, onboarding support, performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration. Maintain CRM records, prepare business reviews, and travel to support provider relationships.
