Lead full-cycle executive search engagements for healthcare leadership roles: define requirements, source and assess candidates, manage interviews and travel logistics, advise on compensation and offers, conduct referencing, and support onboarding and succession planning while partnering with HR and executive stakeholders.

Designs, analyzes, and administers compensation, benefits, and incentive programs. Produces data-driven insights, maintains HRIS and compensation systems, conducts market benchmarking and pay equity analyses, supports compensation planning cycles, and partners with HR, Finance, and business leaders on total rewards strategy and compliance.
