The Staff Software Engineer will lead the strategy and development of metrics to evaluate autonomous driving software performance, collaborating across teams and inventing new ML methods for performance evaluation.

Support sportscar racing performance via vehicle dynamics analysis, simulation correlation, data reduction (on-track, rig-test, DIL), setup and strategy recommendations, competitor analysis, and reporting. The Senior Fullstack/Frontend Engineer will architect and implement scalable frontend systems for AV mapping applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and performance in autonomous driving technologies.

Lead camera ISP tuning and image quality evaluation for autonomous vehicle cameras. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to define specs, characterize sensors, develop ISP configurations, run objective/subjective IQ tests (Imatest), and optimize ISP for perception performance in production vehicles.

Design, implement, and test real-time Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) bench solutions, integrate vehicle controllers and plant models, develop vehicle dynamics models and instrumentation, create HIL test automation and scripting, perform electrical integration/troubleshooting, and train/support lab users.

Design, integrate, validate, and troubleshoot automated robotic cells and manufacturing control systems for high-volume EV production. Specify BOM and equipment, program PLCs/HMIs, configure networks and robots, perform acceptance testing, apply DFSS/DOE/PFMEA, and optimize layouts and processes using AutoCAD and lean manufacturing principles.
