Lead reflash deployment of ECUs at GM manufacturing sites, ensuring compliance, product quality, and effective collaboration across engineering and manufacturing teams.

Senior individual contributor leading clean-sheet and advanced seat structure architectures and mechanisms. Use CAE/FEA, packaging, and kinematic studies to convert vehicle targets into reusable seat structure strategies. Drive benchmarking, supplier/prototype collaborations, safety/regulatory validation, manufacturability and automation trade-offs, and knowledge capture. Mentor designers, run technical reviews, and represent seat structures cross-functionally to enable downstream execution.
