Ensure Traffic Management Playbook compliance, maintain in-store structure, and manage Sonic Brand KPI performance. Audit traffic processes, coach teams, run meetings, review call performance and websites, mystery shop competitors, and implement action plans to improve traffic, sales, and profitability.

Sell motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs and personal watercraft by prospecting, demonstrating vehicles, conducting test drives, delivering vehicles, meeting sales quotas, maintaining customer follow-up, coordinating with service, and attending training and sales meetings. Focus on customer satisfaction, product knowledge, and dealership profitability while following safety and legal requirements.

Maintain accurate general ledger entries, post and reconcile daily cash/check/credit deposits, bank accounts, floorplan and manufacturer statements. Post and reconcile vehicle deals, commissions, incentives, A/P and A/R. Support month-end and year-end close, prepare sales and payroll tax filings, assist audits and manufacturer reporting, and support Controller and department managers on financial accuracy and special projects.

Support payroll accounting for multiple dealerships including commission/bonus calculations, payroll submission, accruals, reconciliations, month-end close, and compliance. Work closely with dealership leadership and corporate teams, maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced multi-location environment.

Sell new and used vehicles to meet dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction goals. Prospect, demonstrate (test drive), deliver vehicles, follow up with owners, maintain prospect and owner follow-up systems, attend trainings, coordinate with service/body shop, and comply with federal/state auto sales laws and dealership safety policies.

Lead and coach dealership sales team to meet unit sales, profit, and guest-experience goals. Forecast sales, meet daily with salespeople, conduct meetings and on-the-job training, review commissions and productivity, ensure vehicle quality, and track showroom traffic.

Prepare and submit finance deal paperwork to billing and finance sources, verify titles, liens, taxes, insurance, trade payoffs, obtain approvals, and support timely contract payment while meeting monthly objectives.

Support the Controller by preparing monthly financial statements, overseeing daily accounting operations, managing office accounting staff, performing month-end close, reconciling fixed assets and expenses, analyzing expense trends, assisting audits, and supporting insurance/workers' comp and occasional front-desk or cashier backup.

Assist customers through vehicle selection, test drives, financing and trade-ins; negotiate and close sales; follow up for satisfaction; meet individual and team sales targets; maintain product knowledge and collaborate with sales team.
