Lead and manage new and pre-owned motorcycle sales operations, set sales goals and forecasts, coach and develop the sales team, ensure excellent customer service and floor coverage, and drive a world-class retail experience.

Manage dealership traffic management processes to ensure Playbook compliance, maintain brand KPI performance, and improve lead handling. Audit traffic operations, coach teams, run meetings, review call performance, inspect web content, and partner with leadership to create action plans that grow sales and profitability.

Sell vehicles by greeting customers, conducting test drives, explaining features/pricing, guiding financing and trade-ins, negotiating and closing sales, following up for satisfaction, and meeting individual and team sales targets.

Sell vehicles to meet dealership profit, volume, and customer satisfaction targets. Qualify customer needs, demonstrate and deliver vehicles, maintain prospect and follow-up systems, attend training, and coordinate with service and management to support sales and customer loyalty.

Manage finance and insurance processes for vehicle sales: present financing and aftermarket products, structure deals, secure lender approvals, maintain compliance, maximize PVR, complete paperwork, and collaborate with sales to ensure excellent customer service.

Assist customers with vehicle selection, conduct test drives, explain features/pricing, guide financing and trade-ins, negotiate and close sales, follow up for satisfaction, meet individual and team sales targets, and participate in training.

Sell new and used motorcycles, meet sales quotas, present product features/benefits, cross-sell parts/accessories/warranties, manage paperwork and delivery events, maintain showroom appearance, provide excellent customer service and follow-up.

Manage accounts payable and receivable: process and code invoices, issue purchase orders, post journal entries, reconcile cash and accounts, assist month-end closings and audits, and support vendor collections and payments.

Sell new and pre-owned Harley-Davidson motorcycles by meeting sales quotas, demonstrating product features and benefits, cross-selling parts and F&I products, handling paperwork, conducting road tests and pre-delivery inspections, delivering exceptional customer service, following up with prospects, and collaborating with Service, Parts, and F&I teams. Maintain showroom presentation and attend training to improve sales techniques.

Post new and used motorcycle sales deals accurately and promptly; review and verify deal paperwork for legal and internal compliance; issue trade-in payoffs; stock new and used vehicles; perform physical inventories; and support other general accounting and administrative duties as needed.
