The PIM Data Analyst manages product data quality within the PIM system, handling data requests, ensuring data integrity, and improving processes.

Builds and supports large-scale, distributed, fault-tolerant systems to improve reliability and automation. Lead FP&A analytics for NAPA business units, managing budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and monthly reporting. Oversee a team of analysts, deliver actionable insights to senior leadership, improve operating models, and support financial decision-making and performance visibility.

Serve as trusted HR advisor for assigned area, implementing talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, L&D, compliance, payroll, benefits, and employee engagement. Partner with leaders on talent planning, succession, reporting/analytics, and HR operations across multiple sites. Support unemployment claims, maintain HRIS and employee records, and travel frequently to support distributed locations.

Partner with business leaders to assess capability gaps and design, deliver, and measure blended learning solutions. Lead end-to-end program management, facilitate in-person and virtual training, administer LMS content and reporting, and continuously improve programs using learner feedback and analytics.

Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and ML solutions (LLMs) on cloud (primarily GCP/Vertex AI). Build backend services in Python, collaborate with data scientists and product owners, and drive projects from design to production.
