Leads DLH’s government contracting pricing function, developing competitive pricing strategies, cost models, rate structures, Price-to-Win analyses, and proposal cost volumes. Advises executives on bid decisions, profitability, risk, and compliance with FAR, DFARS, and estimating system requirements. Manages and develops a pricing team while partnering with Finance, Contracts, Growth, Capture, Program, and Operations leaders across complex federal procurements.

Manage configuration management for developmental and operational defense systems across their full lifecycle. Develop configuration management plans and status reports, maintain software, hardware, and documentation baselines, administer change control, support engineering reviews and control boards, conduct configuration audits, and manage CMPro users, workflows, and processes. Coordinate with engineering, change analysts, and program offices while supporting engineering change proposals and technical documentation.

Leads sustainment engineering, configuration, lifecycle support, troubleshooting, and global diagnostics for Navy tactical networks including CANES, ADNS, and ISNS. Partners with government SMEs on modernization initiatives, directs priorities, mentors engineers, manages contract deliverables, conducts root-cause analyses, and presents technical status updates to military leadership. The role requires extensive Navy network experience, advanced technical expertise, vendor certifications, cybersecurity workforce qualification, and an active Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility.

Designs and implements cybersecurity solutions across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. Builds security-platform integrations, automates compliance monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management, and develops dashboards using Power BI and Power Apps. Supports Zero Trust, FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST, cloud security, continuous monitoring, and federal security initiatives across AWS, Azure, GCP, and Microsoft 365.

Develop and maintain CANES/C4I courseware aligned to fleet baselines. Translate system updates and configuration changes into lesson plans, labs, and training materials using ISD methodology and Navy authoring tools. Support pilot courses, evaluate effectiveness, and ensure technical accuracy reflecting real-world system administration.

Develop and maintain systems software and hardware specifications, requirements, integration practices, engineering change proposals, and technical documentation for a USMC SIGINT/EW fusion system. Participate in systems engineering reviews, link requirements to test cases, conduct software and integration testing, write test plans and reports, and support project scheduling. The role requires extensive C4ISR systems engineering experience, USMC intelligence-platform expertise, and active TS/SCI clearance.
