Manage logistics planning and execution for EVA hardware: inventory forecasting, spare procurement, work order generation/tracking, hardware allocation, manifest coordination, maintenance planning, readiness reviews, KPI reporting, and process documentation to support flight and ground operations.

Lead design, development, integration, and verification of structural and mechanical subsystems for a commercial space station. Manage project scope, budgets, vendors, schedules, risk, testing, and compliance with NASA/FAA requirements. Drive trade studies, cross-disciplinary tasking, anomaly resolution, and executive reporting while delivering lifecycle milestones and ensuring product quality.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for engineering, operations, technical, and corporate roles using AI-powered sourcing, conversational AI screening, and data-driven analytics. Build pipelines for niche aerospace roles, ensure compliance with OFCCP and export-control rules, partner with hiring managers, drive employer branding, and implement process improvements and agile project management to reduce time-to-fill.
