Owns relationships, account plans, pipelines, and growth strategies for international markets, agencies, and institutions. Manages and mentors flight software engineers, defines architecture and standards for safety-critical systems, partners with systems engineering, GNC, mission operations, and safety teams, and oversees testing, risk mitigation, compliance, stakeholder reviews, and mission readiness activities.

Own end-to-end technical execution of bipropellant thruster assemblies from requirements through flight readiness. Responsibilities include propulsion architecture, sizing, fluid and thermal analysis, component selection, design reviews, supplier coordination, development and qualification testing, instrumentation, data correlation, and verification. The role provides technical authority and mentorship while meeting safety, performance, cost, schedule, and configuration requirements.

Leads the harness engineering organization responsible for designing, validating, certifying, and supporting production of aerospace electrical harness and interconnect systems. Manages engineers and technicians, technical reviews, compliance, risk mitigation, qualification testing, production readiness, resource planning, budgets, and cross-functional program execution. The role also includes recruiting, mentoring, process improvement, customer and supplier engagement, and ensuring cost, quality, schedule, safety, and mission-assurance objectives are achieved.

Leads the Digital Electronics organization responsible for designing, developing, verifying, qualifying, and sustaining FPGA-based, embedded, and avionics hardware for aerospace applications. Manages engineers, establishes technical standards and processes, oversees product lifecycle execution, supports staffing and resource planning, drives quality and continuous improvement, and coordinates with systems, software, manufacturing, and program teams to deliver compliant flight hardware.

Leads aerospace HIL and SIL laboratory operations, infrastructure, equipment, simulation platforms, and multidisciplinary technical teams. Defines verification and validation strategies for avionics, electrical, embedded, and integrated systems; manages resources, budgets, procurement, test readiness, automation, compliance, and documentation. Drives root-cause investigations, lab modernization, process improvement, and technical risk management while partnering with engineering, program management, quality, and certification stakeholders to achieve program milestones.

Designs, develops, tests, and evaluates structural and mechanical components for a commercial space station. Responsibilities include requirements development, structural analysis using hand calculations and FEA, 3D modeling, engineering drawings, design reviews, manufacturing and assembly oversight, qualification testing, documentation, and technical presentations. The role also includes mentoring, functional management, and ensuring designs meet applicable spaceflight and engineering standards.
