Recruit and qualify financial advisors into the organization by executing a recruiting strategy and marketing plan. Maintain and document a pipeline of provided leads, manage the database, coordinate calls/webinars, and discuss Quantum's annuity and insurance products across accumulation, income, and death benefit solutions.

Coordinate recognition and incentive programs: manage communications, inventory, procurement, online store, orders and shipments, vendor relations, invoices, SOPs, and support marketing initiatives and events.

Lead and manage national marketing initiatives: plan with sales and VP, drive creative execution with internal teams, manage multiple projects and QA deliverables, and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Design and implement enterprise solutions and integrations, produce high-level logical and physical designs, build CI/CD pipelines, ensure code quality through testing, troubleshoot and debug, work with Agile teams and stakeholders, and drive adoption of cloud, containerization, API management, and identity standards.

Support commission processing and reconciliation for Life and Institutional divisions; maintain and validate commission databases; prepare internal and external compensation reporting; collaborate with accounting and commissions analysts to ensure accurate revenue recognition; identify and resolve discrepancies.

Prepare customized fixed-indexed annuity sales proposals, run illustrations and provide marketing materials. Support insurance producers and advisors via inbound/outbound calls, evaluate client financial needs, recommend appropriate annuity products, maintain product and rate information, and build relationships with carrier reps while documenting activity and analyzing producer trends.

Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention of independent life and health insurance agents. Provide sales leadership, coach and motivate agents, perform personal sales as directed, attend meetings, complete administrative tasks, and work to meet company sales objectives.

Manage development and implementation of annuity and life products across distribution channels. Conduct market and competitive analysis, synthesize data for product insights, provide project management for launches, collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, technology, and external actuarial/carrier partners, and ensure documentation of product specifications and processes.

Lead and optimize the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay lifecycle by standardizing processes, driving stakeholder adoption, managing supplier value, controlling off-channel spend, delivering KPI-driven reporting, and supporting governance and compliance to improve operational efficiency and scalability.

Provide backend customer support to insurance agents via phone, email, and in person. Track and resolve service requests, communicate with carriers, research agent statuses, navigate Excel reports, update RAMS, assist with contracting/licensing/new business, order supplies, cross-train staff, and train new hires.
