As an IT Service Engineer, you will support and troubleshoot IT issues for employees, manage onboarding, and maintain IT documentation and equipment.

Lead strategic customer engagements for a major banking client to drive adoption and measurable value from Celonis. Act as trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, manage cross-functional Celonis teams, resolve escalations, build Centers of Excellence, run advisory boards, and champion customer advocacy.
