Lead product investment strategy and portfolio planning by building frameworks, financial and operating models, and executive-ready business cases. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Sales, and GTM to prioritize roadmaps, track product-level economics and ROI, and provide decision support for investing, scaling, pausing, or deprioritizing products, including AI offerings.

Lead commercialization and GTM strategy for priority products: define target segments, launch sequencing, buyer narratives, pilot-to-scale motions, sales playbooks, and field readiness. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Enablement, Marketing, Client Management, Delivery, and Finance to drive launch performance, feedback loops, and repeatable commercialization processes.

Lead strategic revenue cycle analyses to diagnose patient billing and collections performance, quantify ROI and value, build executive-ready recommendations and playbooks, partner cross-functionally, and mentor teammates to drive scalable, data-driven improvements.

Lead ownership of client billing data and infrastructure for Finance: run reconciliations, investigate billing issues, build BI dashboards, automate workflows with SQL/Snowflake, monitor revenue leakage, and support Billing 2.0 UAT while training Finance on reporting and Looker standards.
