Leads approximately 35 engineers across data engineering, integration engineering, and integration support. Owns delivery predictability, manager development, operational reliability, SLA performance, data platform modernization, integration scalability, and organizational clarity. Lead Cedar’s Patient Data Platform from strategy through execution. Own the normalized clinical and financial data model, transformation pipelines, integration standards, governance, quality frameworks, and multi-quarter roadmap. Partner with engineering, architecture, integrations, clients, and EHR providers to deliver reliable, secure, scalable data foundations. Define platform metrics, improve integration velocity and data quality, and enable downstream products and AI-powered workflows across complex healthcare financial systems.

Lead technical integrations of Cedar's platform with client healthcare systems: discover requirements, map data formats, validate data/UAT, communicate technical security and authentication needs, manage complex projects, and represent customer needs to engineering and product teams.

Generate qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, personalized email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach. Research healthcare provider accounts, identify stakeholders, conduct discovery and qualification calls, maintain CRM data, and partner with Account Executives. The role also helps develop outbound playbooks, improve AI-driven campaigns, follow up after events, and establish scalable SDR processes.

Build and deploy full-stack healthcare financial products used by millions of patients. Develop AI- and ML-powered features, integrate LLMs, enhance an AI billing assistant, and create patient payment solutions. Collaborate with product, design, and partner engineering teams to deliver production-ready software. Contribute to technical planning, coordinate complex development efforts, mentor peers, and maintain high standards for testing, code quality, efficiency, and technical debt management.

Lead two Payments engineering teams through platform modernization, including decoupling payment capabilities from business logic, improving observability, performance, reliability, and operational health. Manage engineering managers and individual contributors, guide technical direction with senior engineers, own third-party payment integrations, and partner with Product and Commercial on payment capabilities and priorities. Drive cross-team initiatives, develop talent, and balance product delivery with foundational architecture investments.

Lead the development of machine learning systems for Cedar Pay's Personalization Engine, manage ML engineers, and ensure ML model effectiveness.

The Senior Director of Client Management will drive client strategy, build relationships with executive partners, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance client engagement and drive partnership success in the healthcare tech industry.
