Lead data architecture, integrations (SAP, PRISM, cloud), governance, security, and platform reliability. Partner with business and IT teams, manage cloud services (Azure, Kubernetes, Key Vault), DevOps workflows, and Linux/Windows environments while driving continuous improvement and onboarding analytics tools.

Design, build, test, and deploy backend RESTful microservices on cloud platforms. Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, improve CI/CD, observability, and operational readiness, and apply AI-assisted/agentic development practices to accelerate and harden delivery.

Lead deployment governance and technical oversight for Cat Converge D365 deployments. Serve as Caterpillars primary deployment lead for dealers, govern System Integrator execution, oversee data migration and integrations, identify and resolve risks, review SI deliverables, communicate status to stakeholders, and mentor other deployment specialists to improve methodologies and delivery quality.

Own the safety and compliance product portfolio: define strategy, roadmap, and governance to ensure autonomous and software-enabled products meet safety, regulatory, and certification requirements. Prioritize backlog, drive hazard analyses and risk mitigation, ensure traceability and audit readiness, partner cross-functionally with engineering, safety, legal, and quality, and communicate compliance and certification status to stakeholders.

Lead multiple engineering teams to deliver simulation integration, digital twin and geospatial/safety platform services. Define reusable platform APIs, collaborate with product and security, scale engineering execution, and improve organizational efficiency while ensuring reliability, performance, and security.

Provide technical leadership for architecture and integration of Physical AI services, digital twin and simulation data exchange, and cloud-native backend platforms. Design and build scalable microservices and APIs (Java, Spring Boot, Python), enforce API standards, drive engineering excellence (CI/CD, observability), mentor engineers, and guide integration, reliability, and platform simplification across teams.
