Design and develop battery, high-voltage, and high-power electronic packaging systems. Perform thermal and structural analyses, present findings, resolve complex design challenges, and finalize design approaches. Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering teams, customers, and suppliers to develop lightweight, cost-effective products, mitigate battery thermal runaway risks, and meet technical, schedule, budget, and pricing objectives.

Leads analog and digital electrical design, power supply development, verification, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and transition to production for complex aerospace and defense electronic modules. Uses circuit simulation and PCB design tools, supports MIL-STD compliance, resolves defects, improves manufacturing yield, interfaces with customers and suppliers, and mentors engineers and technicians.

Manage data requirement and electrical change requests for the U.S. Navy Strategic Weapon System. Coordinate with contractors, lead pre-coordination meetings, develop and drive change requests, perform impact reviews on SPALT and contractor documentation, support technical resolution with SSP working groups, and implement changes into SSP documentation. Limited off-site travel may be required.

Develop, test, and maintain embedded satellite/airborne/ground software across the full software lifecycle. Design and implement software (C/C++, Rust, Python, Ruby) for Embedded Linux, interact with FPGAs, configure embedded Linux distributions (PetaLinux/Yocto), implement messaging (MQTT/ZeroMQ), produce UML designs, follow formal development practices, and support integration, testing, and documentation. On-site five days weekly; requires active Secret clearance and ability to obtain TS/SCI.

Develop and execute project quality plans, verify software and process conformance, support testing and validation, review engineering artifacts, analyze performance metrics, participate in code reviews, drive root cause and corrective actions, and mentor junior engineers. The role supports quality management system and contractual requirements for navigation and sensor systems in a flexible hybrid environment.

Leads program quality planning and execution across design, suppliers, manufacturing, and customers. Manages quality requirements, lifecycle reviews, audits, inspections, PPAP submissions, nonconformances, RCCA, risk mitigation, quality metrics, and continuous improvement. Serves as the customer quality liaison and coordinates cross-functional quality resources to ensure regulatory, contractual, and internal requirements are met throughout the product value stream.

Develop and test complex embedded software, primarily in C++, for defense systems including SIGINT, aircraft protection, radar warning, and electronic attack. Responsibilities include analyzing and designing software, modifying code, evaluating designs for flaws, working in Windows or Linux environments, and integrating software across ARM, x86-64, and GPU-based targets. The role is fully onsite in Southern New Hampshire and may require occasional travel for integration and testing.

Defines enterprise IT architecture standards, governance, and security frameworks across on-premises and cloud environments. Advises leadership on technical strategy, costs, and business alignment; collaborates with project, security, cyber, administration, and user stakeholders; establishes solution architecture guardrails; optimizes infrastructure; ensures DoDAF and RMF compliance; manages configuration and change processes; creates network designs and operational documentation; evaluates emerging technologies; and leads government or defense digital transformation and cloud migration initiatives.
