Manage and mentor software engineering teams delivering embedded electronic warfare systems. Collaborate with systems, hardware, and test teams through planning, requirements, design, development, integration, and testing. Ensure engineering process adherence, guide staff through complex issues, and provide functional/technical leadership for medium-to-large groups. Active Secret clearance required.

Lead design, analysis, integration, test, and on-orbit support of guidance, navigation, and control systems for space programs. Define and refine GN&C requirements, produce engineering analyses and documentation, support proposals and concept trades, develop and test hardware/software, present technical results, and collaborate across teams from concept through flight.

Design, deploy, secure, and sustain enterprise Cisco Unified Communications solutions (CUCM, Unity, IM&P, UCCX/UCCE). Lead voice system modernization, PKI/certificate management, upgrades, SIP trunking, SRST/CUBE configuration, call routing, and call center implementations. Collaborate with network and telecom teams, support secure VoIP endpoints and hybrid Cisco/Avaya environments, and participate in security accreditation and lifecycle maintenance.

Support development and resolution of moderately complex technical issues for US Navy communications systems and networks, including software-defined transceivers and amplification devices. Create and analyze engineering documentation, work with new and deployed shipboard equipment, and collaborate with teams or independently on design and implementation tasks.
