Lead Aircall’s Americas Account Management organization and drive expansion revenue, renewals, and AI product adoption across existing B2B SaaS customers. Build and manage a quota-carrying AM team, establish sales pipeline and forecasting rigor, coach full-cycle expansion selling, segment account coverage, and report on revenue performance. Partner with Sales, Product, Partnerships, and Support to improve deal execution and align product strategy with customer demand.

Conduct outbound prospecting across the DACH market through phone, email, and other channels; research target companies and customer needs; present Aircall’s value proposition; generate interest and book qualified meetings for Account Executives. Maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline activity, collaborate with the sales team, and represent Aircall at industry events. The role includes structured onboarding through Aircall’s Sales Academy and ongoing coaching.

Manage a portfolio of small-business customers across APAC, driving adoption, value realization, retention, expansion, and advocacy. Use customer data, dashboards, health metrics, and feedback to identify risks and growth opportunities. Guide customers through digital-touch journeys, deliver webinars and self-help resources, support upsell opportunities, and collaborate with program managers, marketing, and internal stakeholders to improve automations and customer outcomes.

Leads and scales the Forward Deployed Engineering team while overseeing customer-facing AI Agent deployments, technical integrations, go-to-market execution, operating KPIs, reusable playbooks, and cross-functional alignment. Partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Support, and Account Management to improve deployment quality, adoption, revenue impact, and product evolution. Requires strong technical fluency with APIs, integrations, modern architectures, and coding, alongside experience in technical sales, solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, or professional services.

Own a portfolio of SaaS customers, driving renewals, expansion, churn mitigation, adoption, and net revenue retention. Build relationships with stakeholders, prospect within existing accounts, manage pipeline and forecasts, negotiate commercial agreements, and identify customer feedback to inform product and go-to-market strategies. Partner cross-functionally with Customer Engineering, Product, and Support. This hybrid role requires working in the Paris office three days per week.
