Own customer success, renewals, expansion, and churn mitigation across a SaaS account portfolio. Drive net revenue retention through consultative selling, prospecting, stakeholder mapping, adoption planning, competitive positioning, negotiation, and accurate forecasting. Partner with Customer Engineering, Product, and Support to increase usage, identify customer value opportunities, and communicate feedback that informs product and go-to-market strategy.

Drive product analytics across feature adoption, usage, pricing, customer health, and experimentation. Partner with product, engineering, and business leaders to identify opportunities, deliver actionable insights, improve self-serve analytics and governance, and strengthen data pipelines and analysis quality. The role requires communicating complex findings clearly and working from Aircall’s San Francisco office two days per week.

Own technical customer onboarding, activation, adoption, renewals, add-on implementations, and proactive account health monitoring. Configure integrations, troubleshoot customer environments, lead enablement, demonstrate value, and coordinate cross-functional resolution of escalations. Partner with Account Managers, Support, Product, and Solutions Engineers to drive measurable customer outcomes, renewals, and expansion.

Conduct outbound email and phone campaigns to identify qualified business opportunities in the Italian market. Research prospects and customer segments, understand business needs, communicate Aircall’s value and AI offerings, and document activities in Salesforce. The role includes sales training, ongoing development, teamwork, and travel with the team to events.

Own high-touch onboarding, complex implementations, integrations, AI deployments, technical reviews, escalations, and renewal support for strategic enterprise customers. Partner with Key Account Managers, architect solutions, troubleshoot advanced issues, monitor product and integration performance, influence product improvements, and mentor other customer engineers. The role requires executive communication, commercial awareness, project leadership, and strong expertise in VoIP, APIs, webhooks, cloud architectures, and AI-enabled workflows.

Own and grow Aircall’s Benelux channel partner ecosystem across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. Responsibilities include managing strategic partner relationships, recruiting and onboarding agencies and technology partners, developing co-selling and co-marketing strategies, enabling partner sales teams, creating joint business plans, and tracking pipeline and revenue performance. The role requires native Dutch, fluent English, SaaS knowledge, and partnership or sales experience.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and operate scalable backend services using TypeScript, Node.js, and AWS. Build secure, high-availability features for Aircall’s customer communications platform, collaborate cross-functionally, monitor production systems, improve engineering practices, and mentor other engineers.

Leads Aircall’s Americas channel partnerships strategy, owning partner program growth, diversification, recruitment, enablement, joint go-to-market plans, and partner-sourced revenue. Builds relationships with CRM solution partners, MSPs, resellers, technology partners, and investment networks. Manages metrics, cross-functional alignment, executive partner relationships, external representation, and a high-performing partnerships team.
