Own end-to-end delivery of low-code AI solutions for customers by mapping workflows, designing integrations, configuring AI agents, and managing cross-functional deployments. The role combines technical consulting, project leadership, AI adoption, customer enablement, outbound campaigns, product ownership, and revenue growth. Responsibilities include creating reusable frameworks, training teams and partners, supporting product roadmap decisions, and improving adoption and customer outcomes.

Support Aircall’s product development by gathering customer insights, analyzing product usage data, translating findings into recommendations, and helping prioritize roadmap improvements. Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and go-to-market teams; facilitate tradeoff discussions; follow development through delivery; and contribute to product documentation, demos, KPI tracking, dashboards, alerts, and performance reporting.

Create German-language B2B marketing content for the DACH market across blogs, landing pages, campaigns, paid ads, email, social media, product messaging, SEO, and video scripts. Collaborate with Marketing, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, SEO, Social, and Design teams. Use AI tools, LLM and AI-search knowledge, performance data, and experimentation to optimize content and support growth objectives.

Own Aircall’s lifecycle marketing across email and in-app messaging for prospects and customers. Responsibilities include building nurture, activation, and retention campaigns; managing campaign intake and calendars; developing segmentation and testing strategies; governing messaging frequency and approvals; collaborating cross-functionally; owning NPS and Trustpilot programs; and tracking KPIs to optimize performance.

Own the DACH channel strategy by managing strategic partners, recruiting and onboarding new agencies, developing co-selling and co-marketing plans, enabling partner sales teams, and driving pipeline and revenue growth. The role includes business reviews, joint planning, partner services development, performance monitoring, and collaboration with marketing, sales, and operations. Native or fluent German and fluent English are required, along with SaaS knowledge and partnership or sales experience.

Own and expand Aircall’s DACH partner ecosystem across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. Manage strategic partner relationships, recruit and onboard new agencies and technology partners, develop joint business plans, drive co-selling and co-marketing initiatives, enable partner sales teams, and monitor pipeline and revenue performance. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to improve channel programs and build a predictable partner-led revenue engine.

Develop scalable AI applications for Aircall’s customer communications platform, focusing on agent context, infrastructure, MCP, and agent memory. Collaborate with backend, frontend, infrastructure, product, and leadership teams on requirements analysis and system design. Build secure, scalable, highly available, and performant backend systems using Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Java. Apply LLMs, AI frameworks, RAG architectures, and potentially AWS services in production.

Leads Acquisition and AI Revenue Operations across Sales Ops, Partner Ops, and AI Ops. Owns qualified pipeline and net-new sales processes, forecasting, territory and quota design, GTM operating cadences, seller productivity tooling, and data integrity. Manages teams and partners with executive, finance, data, systems, and customer operations leaders to build a consistent revenue model and operationalize AI across field sales workflows.

Manage and grow Aircall’s strategic technology and channel partnerships across Iberia. Responsibilities include identifying and acquiring partners, nurturing relationships, developing market strategies, advancing partner-sourced leads through the sales cycle, and collaborating with Marketing, BDR, Customer Success, Product, and Technology teams. The role also supports marketing events and follow-up activities while helping expand Aircall’s market presence through partnerships with software providers, system integrators, solution partners, and consulting firms.
