Leads individual giving and planned giving programs, managing approximately 120 high-value donor prospects. Cultivates, solicits, and stewards gifts of $10,000 and above; develops donor pipelines, proposals, and engagement strategies; builds a legacy giving program; manages planned gift documentation and reporting; supports board and campaign fundraising; coordinates gala and other major-gift initiatives; maintains donor database records; and collaborates with organizational leadership, finance, legal, communications, and development teams.

Provides direct legal representation in humanitarian-based immigration matters, including VAWA, T, U, and SIJS petitions, with expanding asylum and deportation defense work. Supervises and trains staff attorneys, mentors pro bono attorneys, conducts community outreach and legal intake, and manages grant applications and reports. The role requires collaboration with medical and community partners, strong legal analysis, client advocacy, organizational skills, and a commitment to social justice and racial equity.
