Supports the Community Director with daily property operations, financial transactions, resident records, leasing, renewals, marketing, resident relations, move-ins, reporting, and compliance. Maintains community standards, assists with resident maintenance requests, conducts orientations, supports sales activities, and operates the property when the director is absent.

Oversee daily operations of a 55+ multifamily community, lead and develop the on-site team, maintain occupancy and revenue goals, support leasing and resident activities, manage budgets and invoices, ensure property standards, handle applications and compliance, and coordinate unit turnover, marketing, and collections.

Leads IT service desk operations, manages support staff and ticketing processes, monitors KPIs, and escalates complex technical issues. Oversees onboarding, offboarding, asset inventory, documentation, end-user training, and hardware/software support. Administers identity systems including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Okta, SSO, and MFA. Partners on network operations, security, automation, infrastructure projects, system rollouts, upgrades, and migrations while driving service improvements across multiple locations.

Performs full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of multifamily communities, including accounts payable, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, cash-flow forecasting, vendor payments, financial statements, variance analysis, owner distributions, and lender documentation. Collaborates with property management teams and vendors while supporting compliance, reporting, and special projects.

Oversee daily operations of an active-adult apartment community, lead and develop the on-site team, maintain occupancy and revenue goals, manage budgets and financial reporting, support leasing and marketing, enforce community policies, coordinate unit turnovers, and build strong relationships with residents and prospects while ensuring excellent service and compliance with Fair Housing Laws.

Manage and support the organization’s end-user computing environment, including Windows and macOS devices, mobile devices, applications, accounts, endpoint security, software deployments, and asset inventories. Resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 desktop issues, support remote users and VPN access, maintain documentation, enforce IT standards, and participate in technology projects, maintenance windows, and on-call support.
