Axis Residential

Axis Residential is an owner-managed property management organization serving market-rate and active-adult housing communities. It takes a resident- and employee-focused approach, prioritizing employee success and quality homes rather than the traditional third-party emphasis on profitability. The company operates in more than 35 communities across seven states and develops in markets lacking quality senior apartments. Its staffing model encourages resident participation to foster community and purpose.
