Handle phone-based sales, customer service, will-call traffic, and office support while assisting outside sales representatives. Conducts field-based sales within an assigned territory by building customer relationships, identifying needs, presenting products, managing leads and accounts, and closing new or repeat business. Provides product education, customer support, follow-up, cross-selling, and upselling while monitoring competitors and market conditions. Requires frequent travel, daily customer interactions, strong communication skills, independent initiative, and a professional customer-focused attitude.

Conducts territory-based outside sales through daily customer visits and calls. Monitor competitors and market conditions, maintain lead and account records, respond to inquiries, and travel regularly within the territory.
