Provides front-desk customer service and administrative support, including answering calls, greeting visitors, preparing correspondence, processing and tracking permits, coordinating inspections, and completing filing, faxing, copying, and data-entry tasks. Requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, follow-through, computer proficiency, and accuracy in a high-volume environment. The schedule is Monday through Friday with a rotating Saturday shift.

Sell window products through pre-set appointments in customers’ homes. Deliver product presentations, manage sales contracts and documentation, and serve as the primary customer contact throughout the sales and installation process. The role is fully commission-based, offers schedule flexibility, and includes product and sales-process training.
