Prepares written portfolio evaluations, recommends rankings, conducts due diligence research, identifies documentation discrepancies, manages risk-related requests, and maintains accurate CRM records. Collaborates with Sales, Underwriting, Servicing, and other departments while handling high-volume workflow and meeting deadlines.

Initiate timely contact with online applicants, gather and accurately process client information, update CRM records, research details for underwriting, and coordinate with sales representatives throughout the request lifecycle. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining client relationships, improving web lead conversion, and managing high-volume inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Researches new and existing law firms using internal performance, firm, location, specialty, size, and staffing data. Prepares risk evaluations and concise executive summaries with recommendations for future engagement. Supports risk and portfolio management projects involving structured finance, securitizations, warehouse lending, and rating agencies. Analyzes Excel data, identifies trends, explains performance changes, and works independently to meet productivity goals.
