What We Do
USClaims provides non-recourse pre-settlement funding to plaintiffs, particularly people with personal-injury claims, and supports attorneys representing them. It advances funds against a portion of anticipated claim proceeds so clients can cover bills and other expenses while litigation proceeds; repayment is contingent on a successful case outcome. Its funding covers matters including auto accidents, medical malpractice, premises liability, workplace injuries, and other claims.
