Inside Sales Engineer responsible for supporting hydronic HVAC and engineered plumbing projects from quotation through delivery and closeout. Duties include managing customer accounts, entering orders in CRM/ERP systems, coordinating logistics, troubleshooting basic technical questions, researching projects, performing preliminary takeoffs, maintaining project documentation, preparing installation and maintenance manuals, and coordinating with manufacturers on startups, warranties, and product issues.
