Performs dimensional inspections of Formula 1 power unit components using metrology equipment. Supports measurement routine development, first article inspections, component validation, data analysis, equipment calibration, quality documentation, and compliance with engineering and FIA requirements. The role collaborates with engineering and manufacturing teams, escalates dimensional concerns, and contributes to continuous improvement in a hands-on metrology laboratory environment.

Supports development, modeling, simulation, testing, and validation of control systems for Formula 1 hybrid power units. Responsibilities include creating MATLAB and Simulink models, developing control strategies, building real-time plant models, performing Software-in-the-Loop and Hardware-in-the-Loop testing, analyzing engineering data, and collaborating with multidisciplinary powertrain and controls teams.

Support Microsoft 365 services with a focus on SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, and OneDrive. Assist with site administration, content organization, permissions, licensing, audits, troubleshooting, documentation, and user training. Help develop automated workflows and business solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps while collaborating with internal stakeholders and learning IT administration best practices.

Supports recruiting, university outreach, onboarding, payroll preparation, timekeeping review, audits, HRIS updates, employee records, communications, and general HR projects. The internship rotates across talent acquisition, payroll, and HR operations while providing hands-on experience in a startup environment. The role is onsite and requires comfort working in varied operational settings.
