GM Performance Power Units LLC is a General Motors–TWG Motorsports venture developing hybrid and electric powertrains for Cadillac’s Formula 1 program. Its mission is to build the team, processes, and facilities needed to produce an F1 power unit capable of winning races and championships. The company’s work advances GM’s capabilities in electrification, hybrid systems, sustainable fuels, and high-efficiency internal-combustion engines, applying those technologies in elite motorsport.
