Leads sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy, revenue, lead generation, and community growth for a senior living community. Manages the prospect journey from inquiry through move-in, conducts tours, builds referral relationships, oversees digital and print marketing, hosts community events, tracks Salesforce metrics, coaches sales staff, and presents performance reports. Partners with community, regional, corporate, and agency teams while ensuring regulatory, privacy, and ethical sales compliance.

Administer health, welfare, retirement, leave, and deferred compensation programs; ensure regulatory compliance, data integrity, vendor coordination, billing accuracy, and employee support. Lead open enrollment, eligibility file feeds, reconciliations, communications, audits, process improvements, system initiatives, and benefits transitions. Partner with HR, payroll, finance, carriers, brokers, and vendors while safeguarding confidential employee information and mentoring junior analysts.

Implements, maintains, optimizes, and supports business systems while serving as a subject matter expert. The role manages marketing materials, website and social media activity, lead-generation reporting, campaign performance, referral relationships, and community storytelling while representing the senior living community at internal and external events.

Provides clerical and administrative support, including phone and visitor management, filing, records retrieval, correspondence, meeting coordination, travel scheduling, minutes, office supplies, equipment maintenance, and department event planning. Supports reception and responds to administrative inquiries while collaborating with other departments.

Participate in a 12-week risk management internship, contributing to organizational projects, collaborating across departments, and developing professional skills through mentorship, training, networking, and shadowing. Interns will research and support risk-related initiatives, use Excel and reporting skills, and present project outcomes and their overall experience to senior leadership at the program’s conclusion.

Manages daily accounting operations and supervises accounting staff for a senior living community and foundation. Responsibilities include general ledger analysis, journal entries, bank and investment reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable oversight, billing, fixed assets, construction-in-progress accounts, audit schedules, budget support, and monthly BlackLine reconciliation certification.

Supports senior living sales and marketing activities by managing Salesforce leads, coordinating tours and events, responding to inquiries, preparing reports and materials, supporting move-ins, and assisting with marketing campaigns and social media engagement. The role also provides administrative support to sales leadership, prospective residents, families, and referral sources while tracking occupancy and sales goals.
