Develop and manage an enterprise sales pipeline for Faros AI’s engineering intelligence platform. Own the full sales cycle, present value propositions, close large enterprise deals, and build relationships with C-level executives and key customer contacts to expand revenue.

Build foundational software systems, operational data platforms, context graphs, and AI agents for engineering organizations. Write production code, solve complex technical challenges at scale, collaborate with product and data teams, and integrate software lifecycle signals to improve AI-assisted software development.

Build customer-specific integrations, dashboards, data pipelines, and data transformations for the Faros platform. Work directly with customers to understand technical challenges, support evaluations and proofs of concept, communicate solutions, and iterate based on feedback. Collaborate with senior engineers and account executives, identify recurring customer needs, influence product roadmaps, and progressively assume greater ownership while using AI-powered development tools.

Own and define a major area of Faros’s AI-native product line. Develop agentic workflows, evaluation and intelligence layers, and integrations with engineering context. Form product hypotheses, prototype with models and tools, collaborate with engineering and design, engage customers, analyze agent performance, and rapidly iterate toward strong customer and business outcomes.

Lead the technical strategy for complex sales cycles, from discovery and solution design through proof-of-value and executive validation. Partner with Account Executives to align technical architecture with business outcomes, reduce deal risk, and win competitive opportunities. Analyze customer objections, buyer friction, market trends, and competitive dynamics to improve positioning, demonstrations, product priorities, win rates, and revenue velocity.

Own and grow strategic enterprise customer relationships, serving as the primary contact for engineering leaders and platform teams. Drive adoption, measurable customer value, renewals, and expansion opportunities. Develop account plans, manage account health, lead executive business reviews, and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to address customer needs across complex organizations.

Build Lighthouse AI, an intelligence engine for engineering organizations. Develop scalable ML infrastructure, LLM-powered interfaces, causal analysis models, data exploration tools, prompt engineering strategies, evaluation frameworks, and feedback loops for enterprise AI agents. Fine-tune models for performance, latency, and cost, integrate AI features into product experiences, and apply current research to business problems while collaborating across product, data, and engineering teams.
