Develop product positioning, messaging, launch narratives, and go-to-market communications for ArcHouse’s healthcare platform. Partner with product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to translate customer needs and product capabilities into compelling materials, including changelogs, demos, email, social copy, documentation, and enablement resources. The role requires excellent writing, product judgment, project management, autonomy, and cross-functional leadership.

Own ArcHouse’s end-to-end marketing function across brand, content, demand generation, outbound campaigns, and events. Develop thought leadership, customer stories, case studies, and targeted campaigns for hospice, palliative, and care-at-home providers. Track marketing performance, use audience insights to improve content, build repeatable processes, and partner with founders and the GTM team on positioning and pipeline growth.
