Generate and convert leads for a lease-to-own driver program through inbound and outbound calls. Explain lease terms, screen prospective drivers against eligibility criteria, support document submission, follow up on incomplete applications, accurately record CRM activity, meet call and conversion targets, and report performance while maintaining professional call quality.

Own Greenwheels’ organic social presence, paid campaign creative, community engagement, and monthly content production plan. Create, shoot, edit, and design content for social channels, field teams, partners, and registration materials. Track creative performance, capture and route social prospects, maintain consistent brand voice, tell rider stories, and recruit and coach a small content team.

Monitors customer journeys, analyzes feedback and support data, conducts NPS and CSAT programs, identifies recurring issues, supports root cause analysis, and develops actionable recommendations. The role maintains dissatisfaction logs, prepares customer insights for cross-functional teams, tracks resolution of customer issues, and supports continuous improvement initiatives across onboarding, payments, support, and operations.

Supports driver acquisition through outbound telesales, prospect qualification, follow-up, appointment coordination, documentation guidance, CRM updates, and performance reporting. The role focuses on converting prospective drivers into documented participants in Greenwheels’ Lease-to-Own program while maintaining accurate records and meeting call, contact, follow-up, and conversion targets.

Provides post-onboarding support to drivers through phone, chat, and WhatsApp. Resolves app, payment, wallet, leasing, and trip-related issues; manages tickets within SLA and first-contact resolution targets; coordinates payment reconciliation and disputes with finance and partners; escalates complex cases; prepares performance reports; maintains FAQs and communication templates; and collaborates with operations, technical support, and account management teams.
