Reviews completed title files, reconciles records, packages new projects for distribution, and performs curative title work. Requires prior experience as a Title Agent or Title Reviewer, familiarity with alignment sheets or schematics preferred, and the ability to work on-site in Dallas. Applicants must live in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This is an in-house contract position with pay based on experience.

Manages title, document preparation, and land and right-of-way project activities. Oversees property record research, title curative actions, project line lists, condemnation support, landowner notifications, timelines, documentation, and reporting. Coordinates clients, field and survey teams, legal partners, and internal stakeholders while leading status meetings and ensuring projects remain on schedule and within scope.
