The role requires extensive territory travel, CRM usage, and independent field work.

Drive enterprise and high-security business growth across Southeast Asia by developing new opportunities, engaging C-level and government stakeholders, influencing specifications, and building regional partner ecosystems. The role also supports customer onboarding, retention, upselling, and collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Provide first-line technical support to customers and channel partners by troubleshooting networking, device, software, and access control issues. Document interactions and resolutions in CRM and knowledge base systems, escalate complex issues to regional, testing, and development teams, and continuously build product and technical knowledge.

Lead profitable growth for Gallagher’s security business across Victoria and Tasmania. Responsibilities include executing regional sales strategies, coaching sales and technical teams, developing channel partner and enterprise customer relationships, identifying market opportunities, managing strategic accounts, forecasting performance, and representing solutions through industry engagement and partner enablement.
