The Senior Test Analyst designs and executes manual and automated tests, documents and prioritizes defects, collaborates with developers and product teams, improves testing practices, and mentors junior testers. The role requires strong test case design, SDLC knowledge, SQL/database experience, clear communication, and senior-level software testing experience. Mobile or cloud testing, ISTQB Advanced certification, and coding or scripting experience are desirable.

Develops and improves technically accurate training content for Gallagher Security products. Reviews learning designs, storyboards, and modules; writes clear technical materials; maintains product knowledge; supports simulator testing and training assets; responds to training-system queries; marks online courses; and provides trainee feedback.
